Returns & Exchanges

At Torque E-bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
